One click, OAuth flow. Awaymode never sees your password — Fanvue handles auth.
You can revoke access at any time from your Fanvue settings.
STEP 2
Build your reply presets
Save up to 5 reply presets, each with its own label and message — "Asleep",
"At work", "In class", "On vacation", whatever fits your life. Then point each
Discord event type — new subs, idle chats, away-replies sent — at the channel
you want it in. Or use one shared webhook for everything.
STEP 3
Flip the switch. Close the laptop.
Only one preset is active at a time. Toggling a new one on auto-disables the
others, and nothing takes effect until you click Save. From there, Awaymode
replies once per fan per cooldown window, stops the moment you reply yourself,
and logs every reply to your dashboard.
Your first five minutes
A concrete walkthrough — from a fresh sign-in to your first auto-reply.
- Sign in with Fanvue. Consent screen asks for read/write access to your DMs and identity. Nothing else.
- Open “Manage presets.” Add your first message — for example, label "Asleep" with text like "BRB, I'll reply in the morning."
- Turn its toggle on. Only one preset can be active at a time; flipping a second one automatically switches the first off.
- Set your cooldown. Choose how long Awaymode waits before replying to the same fan again. 4 hours is a good default.
- Flip the master switch. Awaymode is now armed. Click Save.
- (Optional) Wire up Discord. Paste a Discord webhook URL to get pinged when new subs, tips, follows, or purchases come in.
- Done. The next DM lands, Awaymode replies within a second or two, and logs it to your stats page. Turn Awaymode off when you're back — the master switch is the only thing you touch day-to-day.
