What we collect

Your email, your Fanvue user ID (via OAuth), the contents of your configured away messages, your Discord webhook URLs, and per-fan throttling timestamps so we know who's already been replied to.

What we don't store

We do not store the contents of incoming fan messages beyond the minimum needed to throttle replies (sender ID + timestamp). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Third parties

• Fanvue — for OAuth login, sending replies on your behalf, and billing (Awaymode is exclusive to the Fanvue App Store).
• Discord — for delivering event webhooks to your channels.

Deletion

Contact support to delete your account and all associated data.
